In all the above categories we have performed extremely well. We conducted the first religious movement out of India on a cruise, Super  Star Virgo for  a seven night booking.
 
We performed well in the incentive market with about 2300 passengers to Thailand in 3 months in 2006. Also, we provided  services  for the Indian wedding of the century – Steel Magnate LN Mittal’s daughter’s wedding at Paris where we flew over 475 guests in Business & first class.

Our setup is distinct and divided with each part doing it’s bit and all adding up to the efficient working machine discovery.
Sales, Reservations, Operations, Product Development, Finance & Accounts are our broad break with sub breaks in all the teams. Each section is headed by a manager who runs his/her team as an individual unit.
The team is highly trained in the products they deal in and are regularly checked and updated with information.

Discovery has invested heavily in technology, as we know the future lies in the hands of those who can multitask yet perform consistently and accurately. 
With our site going live & online from 15th April*, we shall have over 72000 hotels & 7200 services ready to be sold across the country and world. We compare this to a product being launched and ready inventory being available for sale when a client walks in through the door rather that the seller noting the requirement and getting back later there by loosing a definite sale or reducing the chances of success for that product sold at that moment.
