Responding to the inner voice of his soul, His Holiness  Sudhanshuji  Maharaj  established
 

the Vishwa Jagriti Mission in March 1991.  While His Holiness is the Patron-in-Chief and Founder of the Mission, the activities of the Mission are conducted by an elected Board of Trustees.  The Mission has been able to establish 65 branches and 22 Ashrams in India and abroad.

 
The Mission is a social and cultural organization engaged in reviving the spiritual and cultural richness of India. Based on the golden principles of Service,  Devotion,  Contentment,  Meditation,Cooperation,

Dedication, Tolerance, and Sympathy, the  sole  aim  of  the Mission  is to invoke the best in mankind by    preaching the principles of  Kindness, Truth, Politeness, Simplicity  and Piety.  His Holiness founded the Mission to ensure human devotion to God and to help people to attain salvation through service to humanity.  With the inspiration of Swami Sadanand and Swami Muktanand meditation, yoga and devotional prayers were included in the curriculum of the Mission.

 

Vishwa Jagriti Mission Trust, Kolkata is registered as a social, cultural, religious society under the Societies' Act of Kolkata. Activities performed by Vishwa Jagriti Mission Trust, Kolkata:

 
    Homeopathy Patients are treated with medicine on daily basis.
Neuro Therapy
Patients are treated thrice a week basis. Glasses are provided & cataract operations are performed free of cost.
 
Preventive Cardiac Clinic
    Patients are treated on daily basis with a full time Cardiologist & a Medical Officer. ECGs are done on nominal payments.
Yoga
    Yoga Shivirs are conducted thrice a week on weekends.
Body Balance Camp Such a camp has been organized 2 times till now in which total 140 persons took part.
Monthly Satsang
    Performed on 1st Sunday of every month.
Ladies Satsang Samity
    Performs on 3rd Thursday of every month.
Computer Traning
    Diploma Courses are conducted. Till date, 25 students have completed their studies.
Embroidery, Cutting & Stitching
    Classes are held thrice a week & approx 25-30 ladies participate.
Blanket Distribution During Winters, blankets are distributed to the needy people.
Scholarships Scholarships are provided to needy & brilliant students.
Employment assistance is also provided.
