“Yoga” is derived from the word “Yuj”, which means the act of joining. In spiritualism, Yuj means uniting the soul with the supreme soul. The detachment of soul from the supreme soul is the cause of all the problems and sinful actions, disharmony, crime, immorality, etc. Man wants to live happily but due to ignorance he searches for happiness in wealth, fame, name, woman, son, relatives, society, etc.; but in the end he gets sorrows only.

Yoga is the path to attain spiritual riches. Yoga promotes interdependence between mind, body and spirit. Yoga relaxes the mind, and only a relaxed mind can handle stressful situations easily. Yoga encourages positive thoughts, self acceptance and self confidence.

Yoga devotion begins with the body as body is the basis for all activities. Regular Yoga exercises strengthens the nerves and the muscles. Yoga improves blood circulation, more oxygen is made available which purifies the blood, the polluted substances are evacuated through sweat and the body becomes light.

Yoga cures as per the principles of the nature. Yogasan is the best method to keep the body healthy, disease free, strung, bright and active. Yog therapy is successful because of the balance created in the nervous and endocrine systems which directly influences all the other systems and organs of the body. Yog acts both as a curative and preventive therapy. Yoga cures almost all types of diseases, such as, Acidity, Allergy, Anxiety, Arthritis, Asthma, Backache, Blood Pressure, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Cervical Sodalities, Constipation, Depression, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Fatigue, Gastric Disorders, Headaches, Heart Diseases, Obesity, Migraine, Sciatica Pain, Sinus, Weakness etc.

The aging process, which is largely an artificial condition, caused mainly due to auto-intoxication or self-poisoning, can be slowed down by practicing Yoga. By keeping the body clean, flexible and well lubricated, one can significantly reduce the catabolic process of cell deterioration.
